4.Triphala

“Triphala” –the name comprises of two terms, Tri – meaning three and Phala – meaning fruits. It is a natural laxative made up of three ingredients- Amalaki i.e. Emblica Officinalis, Haritaki i.e.Chebulic myrobalan and Bhibitaki i.e. Beleric myrobalan. Triphala promotes bowel movements leading to the elimination of toxic materials from the body. It is itself capable of maintaining crucial body reserves without depleting them while eliminating toxins from the body.

It is a very simple home remedy. Just take a tablespoon of Triphala juice[5] and mix it with a glass of water. Have this once in a day.
